I bought a used but mint spalted maple telecaster. I love the thin, lightweight body, the set neck is so smooth and fast, I know I went against the grain getting an HH and even more so by getting a set neck tele. With the coil tap you can get that single coil sound too. I have a Gibson with humbuckers and I just love that fat tone so the Seymour Duncan pups are sweet imo. It is made in Indonesia even though I think some are made in Korea. I barely got it today and have played it about an hour but already I am in love. Compared to my solid bodied Les Paul it feels light as a feather. Any one have much experience with these and if so what are your impressions of them?

The Custom HH FMT is made at the Korean Cort factory.

I will as soon as I can. I didnt even realize that Fender had the FMT set neck. I have a buddy who has a spalted maple and I just loved playing it so much that I started looking for my own. I would actually have preferred the FMT but hey, its a wonderful guitar with lots of matrix in the woodgrain. Great tone and a nice fast playing neck. I am a happy camper!

Not polite to hijack someone else's thread. I already answered your question in your original thread.
