Very interesting read..funny I never realized he removed the one string..I imagine most of you tele fans knew I just didnt I have fond memories of the Stones..first music that really really irritated my parents when I was a kid so I played it over and over again..To this day several decades later I still can hear "Turn that crap down" lol..

OK, so let me get this straight. We take a crap all over Eric Clapton but we love Kieth Richards. OK. Got it. .... I think. It might take a few years for that to process but I think I have it.

(muttering under breath while walking away)
Eric bad. Keith good.
Eric bad. Keith good.
Eric bad. Keith good.
....

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

I've read that the Stones are going to release a new album and plan a new world tour soon!
