If your getting an Esquire, why ruin it and put in a second pick up? I have one myself and it is great with just one pick up.

Hello Flamekaster,

I suppose you mean the mounting screw
holes. I don't have the answer but I suppose
if you ring up warmoth or they could give
you the correct answer and sell you a nice
new pickguard.

Cheers.

If you ARE talking about a pickguard, it doesn't matter, unless you want to keep it to exact Esquire specs.

The standard is 8 holes, and since those screws are so teensy, weensy, it's no big deal tapping and screwing those in.

Even teensy weensy ones?

Chances are it will be the same, since the Esquire has such a unique pickguard.

Last night, I decided to BUILD an Esquire. Gonna get a body blank from a guy in Texas, and take my time. I figure money-wise, being able to afford allof the stuff, I'm looking at 6 months.
