Congrats, looking good :D I wouldn't mind one of those myself.

I've seen this Antigua Strat that would make a great companion to that tele, unlike other strats this one has the strings going through the body and out the back into ferruls just like the back of a tele:

I guess this is a strat they made for a tele lover :D

Thanks sjlen

Yeah i thought although only briefly about buying a strat to keep my tele company, the only thing i would change is the neck plate it is blank and would look great with an F plate like the one the strat has.

@ukraider

Has this foto been taken in house (just more lighting?). It´s looks way more grey than the darker green in the finish.
Does it look more green or more grey in real ?
(some colors are really difficult to take pics from, like olympic white which goes from bright white to yellow depending on light).

Thanks in advance,

Robin

Hi Robin

Yes the photo was taken in a house, the finish is no where near as green as the 2000s Japanese models more on the grey side mire like the 1970s models.

Hope ths helps

Thanks a lot I hoped they are more like the originals (the japanese ones look strange/way to yellowish). Just a few more days to receive my Strat - can´t wait.

Cheers,
Robin

Best looking Antigua I have ever seen.
I did not care for the Antigua seen on late 1970s Telecasters.
So, how is the guitar after two weeks? Toppscore 8)
