New & Sparkly- I like it a lot. I can't recall seeing this type body on a Tele before. Saw plenty of Les Paul's and Gretch sparkly body guitars but not any Telecasters!

Cus2310...never seen one in blue sparkle like this, but fender has done both Gold and Silver sparkle like this before. They made some back in the 60's for Buck Owens and his guitar player. They even made a pair of em for Buck Owens a while back to commemorate the earlier ones they built for him. Have also seen at least one Orange Sparkle tele...But that Blue sure takes the cake! Nice color and a nice build!

Congrats on that build, it is a mean looking guitar, I bet it sounds great too.

Fender are currently doing an FSR aqua flake sparkle along with two other sparkle colours available.

Aqua Flake

Gold Flake

Tangerine Flake

And a YouTube demo.

I think I'd like one, or two or three :) :) :)

Who did the paint job? You or Mighty?
Is the body bound?

That blue is a hard blue to match.

Bottom line, play like it's Superman's blue.

Pretty brassy of you to post a picture of a Warmoth neck with a fake Fender decal here at Fender's official forum, IMO.

Nice Tele, though. Looks great.

Could it be a "real" Fender decal wrongly placed on a Warmoth guitar?
Just wondering . . . .

Thanks for that bit of info Stratman, I am going to have a wee search around the net to see if I can find any photos of some of them. Will start with Buck 8)
