I like what you did with the knobs.
I recently got a Telecaster with two Black 1-10 skirted knobs:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/300692399329?ru=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fsch%2Fi.html%3F_sacat%3D0%26_nkw%3D300692399329%26_rdc%3D1

But, the custom volume knob rubbed against the swtchplate screw.
So, I got a heavy dome-chrome knurled knop and it looks bitchen with the
black skirted 1-10 knob for the tone control. Just like yours.
Check my link to the photo.

Actually, Corpse; you did a 180 degrees with the switch plate.
Any advantage besides looks?

Topscore, Blacktops come standard with the reversed control plate on the tele. The switch is towards the back of the guitar. I opened mine up to switch it around to the standard way (switch at the front) but there is a raised bit of wood I need to get in there and carve out so the switch will fit in that position.

I 100% agree with the change of knobs too. Whilst the amp style knobs look cool, they suck for adjustments mid song.

@toppscore - like impulse said the black tops come with a reversed controll plate and the knob is actually a skull knob from q-parts and not a standard knurled knob heres a link to the site

http://qparts.com/index.php?cPath=20_25

its skull II black

Corpse. Does that skirted 1-10 black knob brush against that bolt head?
Mine did. A grinding noise. Changed mine to the knurled chrome at that spot and left the
black skirted 1-10 knob on the tone. Looks great. I am impressed with my silly simple choice :D

Speaking of knobs. Check out the custom faceplate & knobs on my new
1983 Paul Rivera Fender Concert II 1x12 combo amp. When you click on the link,
enlarge the second of 12 pictures and see the custom work this guy did.
Incredible amp. Totally out modded Paul Rivera
