G'day Ya'll,

Ok I am seriously thinking about pulling the trigger on a White Blonde MIM Classic 50's Tele!

Is there anyone out there that owns one, if so can you please give us your opinion of it?

Kind Regards.

I can't speak as an owner of this guitar Karma, but I too share the love of the White Blonde finish. My personal fav is this strat

I believe it would look even better with the maple fretboard. Still, TELEs are where it's at so GL in your search, I'm sure someone here has one.

BTW where in aus are you situated?

Double K...I don't own one, but if it is anywhere as good as thier 50's and 60's Classic Stratocasters...run don't walk and go get that guitar! I own a 60's Classic Series Strat in CAR and it is one very fine guitar and for the money, I would stack it up against any MIA Standard strat...IMHO and for my style of playing.

I have played a couple and they were fine instruments at a decent price.

I bought a used 2006 because it was mint and $200. After I got it home and played it, I discovered what a great guitar it is. Beautiful translucent finish, a knockout with an ashtray cover and black pick guard.

They are indeed nice and if you want something cheeper, The Squier classic vibe 50s tele at my local shop sounds and plays better than the mexican standards.

I don't have a Classic '50s Mexican Tele (I have an '80s Japanese model) but I have the Mexican Classic '50s Strat and it's a very nice guitar. I find myself playing it a lot. It plays and sounds like a dream. I would not hesitate to buy another.

I played a Standard Mexitele and a CVC back to back. They were both very nice, but I give the edge to the Mexican made Tele. I'm not a twanger, but the Standard sounded more twangy than the CVC did.

Get it! I have one and it is worth every penny (and more). Vintage frets took a little time to get used to, but the neck and finish on the guitar are top notch. I love the gloss that they put on these 50's necks.
