Yep it's discontinued.

I've lusted for one of those for a while. The only thing I would change is the pick guard. I'm not that crazy for that much chrome. GC has a new black and chrome Squier Tele and Strat for about $200. The block inlays aren't there, just dots, but I'm considering buying one to hot rod with better pickups. I figure it's a lot cheaper to get the look. I can always order a custom neck from Warmoth if I want the block inlays and I don't like the Squier neck.

I do own one. I have looked online at various vendors and see they "no longer carry this item." I love the versatility. I don't know if I like the tone of my previous maple fret strat better though. I added a texas special to the bridge (swapped out) but I can't seem to get that 'ping' I had with a cheaper tele...but I certainly wouldn't give this up for that. I'm just curious as to whether it will up in value, or most people just didn't get the look and it will remain at it's current value. Any speculations?

I'm thinking it may not have been that popular or a huge seller, so it may take awhile for people to realize there are not that many out there in a few years, but I think it will probably go up a bit, and never really go below its current value. But this is just my guess/opinion...

Those have got to be the BEST pics I have ever seen of the Big Block! Even the chrome pickguard looks good! Nice job!
