That's the first thing I did when I wanted to know. It does not say anywhere on the Fender site if the magnets are alnico or ceramic. That's why I placed this post. 69 people viewed my post and nobody could tell me. So, I contacted Fender Customer Relations directly. For those who are interested, the Highway One Texas Telecaster uses Alnico 5 magnets in the pickups.
