Thanks, guys, for all the replies. I'm also leaning towards a modified baja, but I also thought that maybe someone ordered a sort of custom assembly. Like a '52 reissue with Baja body color and S-1 electronics. I do know that the original Ebay add mentioned American made, and the seller seemed quite legit. My son-in-law (in Lancaster, PA) will probably end up shipping the guitar to me (they just need money at this point) to sell to a wider audience (in Seattle), and the first thing I'll do it I get it here is to check the neck and the pots to see what that reveals. I will, of course, let you know the outcome if that occurs. I'll ask about the selector switch - I remember it as 3-way, but at my age memory is suspect ;^)

Rob, you rock! It looks like the only difference in the specs is the rosewood board, which I assume would be fairly easy to custom order. Don't know how you did it, but thanks!
