Congratulations! You are starting with a very nice guitar. My 2011 American Standard Natural Ash is one of my favorite Telecasters.

The screams guitar for me. So many models out there with huge pickup variations, more switches and tricks than you can throw a stick at, but that my friend is the standard for what a GREAT guitar is all about. Long live the Tele.

BTW: I'm loving on my new Paw Shop Mustang Special (with way to many pickup configurations available  ), but I'm pretty sure that I'll always be a Tele-man. A good Tele always makes me happy, and that pic just about makes be drool

Congrats on a beautiful guitar.Where I have done a lot of wood-working I much more prefer to see the natural grain of the wood rather than have it covered by an opaque finish. The grain pattern on your Tele is just lovely-she's a keeper for sure-enjoy!!
