Nice geetar...and a good deal to boot! How's it sound with the boost? I bet on the lead pickup it has some real ripping tones!

Yeah, the boost is awesome. The tone control really does wonders
I got 100.00 off with a guitarcenter coupon.
The mid boost is the bottom ring, and the
Top knob is the tone control.

The neck is a chunky 50s tele's neck
I wouldn't doubt if it's the same one
On the baja tele.

Looks like a great guitar, presumably made in Mexico?

That advert says it has a six saddle bridge but yours is a three saddle and I can't quite make out the one in the photo in the advert. Looks beautiful all the same.

Enjoy:-)

The photo in the ad shows three saddles. Six saddles appears to be a typo.

Real nice! You don't need to spend a fortune to get a good guitar. Enjoy!

Thanks, love the chunky neck on it, the three saddles makes
It a challenge to intonate.
Any tips and tricks to make it easier.

Read this. It's not that hard. Just requires a little compromise.

This guitar has both the MDX mid-boost and TBX treble-bass boost/cut circuits installed, one of the pots on the stacked knob employs a center detent in the middle, provided for the off or “flat” position.

Chrome,
It does have a midboost, and a stacked 250k pot,
Bottom ring controls midboost 25db, but the top knob feels
Like a standard tone control, no detent.
It may indeed be a tbx control, because it can scream.

Bluesstrattone, great 'impulse' buy. What a killer combo two tone burst with the tortoise guard!! I wonder if u'll change your handle to bluesteletone shortly cos this looks like a hard guitar to put down!

Congrats!
