My new Blacktop dual humbucker Telecaster finally arrived today, ordered it from a local music shop. They did a small trussrod adjustment. The action is low with no buzz. I played the heck out of it for 2 hours, checked the tuning and it was still right on the money. I got the red one with a rosewood fretboard, it is beautiful and sounds great. I will try to post a photo tomorrow.

That exact guitar is probably the next Tele I will buy. The local GC is currently stocking only black Teles and Strats in the Blacktop series, so I will probably have to order mine, too. That's a sweet guitar, no question! :D

Here are some photos. the guitar is more of a wine color than candy apple red ( maybe they ran out), however it is a very nice color.

I forgot to mention the frets on this guitar have no sharp edges at all. The rosewood fretboard has a light strip on the bass string side that gives it a vintage look. It is really well made. The only flaw I could find was a couple of very tiny specks in the paint. I took some Maguires qwik wax and went over the body and that sucker is slicker than slick. The indoor lighting wouldn't allow me to take real good close up shots, some of the pictures looked like the guitar was black instead of red. I am going to take some pictures of it on my patio in natural light and see what that looks like.
