Based on the serial number it appears to be a circa 1992 Tele Plus with a natural finish. These were made from about 1987 until sometime in say late 1995 - it should have a Lace Sensor pickup with a blue logo in the neck position and that 2-coil "Dually" Lace Sensor in the bridge position which is really two individual Lace Sensors in a humbucker housing (both bridge Laces should have red logos). The small toggle switch between the knobs works the dually bridge pickup - you can select the front Lace, both Laces, or the back Lace with it.

Frankly $700 is a steal for one of these assuming it's all original. It seems like these have gone up in value because one of the guys in Radiohead plays one a lot.

Still curious what they sold for and go for?

These are pretty rare and because of the Radiohead connection I think they typically go for $1,400 or more - there is a 1991 Tele Plus similar to your's currently at a dealer on gbase.com listed for $1,499. If I'm remembering correctly they were a bit more expensive that the Deluxe Strat Plus back in the day - they probably they had a street price of $900 or so back in the early 1990s.
