Have two questions.

I'm the proud owner of a 2011 Telebration Pine. Aside from 62 p'ups vs. the Twisted Tele p'ups, and the finish -- what are the other differences between that guitar and the 2011 CS Tele Pro Pine, made of the same wood supplies?

Also, my tone knob has a detent at the 10 (fully on) position. Is this an actual detent, or possibly a bad pot? Although I own a couple Strats, this is the first Tele I've owned in several decades. Please advise. Thanks!

The CS (Custom Shop), has a different finish, it's a Closet Classic and available in a few different colours too, also the price is different, at Sweetwater the CS is $3,500 and the Telebration is only $1,799.99 at Sam Ash, Musicians Friend and Pro Guitar Shop.

Hi Steve. Thanks. I was more wanting to know the design differences. Radius, Pickups, Neck, etc. Doesn't seem to be a whole lot different at twice the price for the CS, aside from finish options and maybe pickups.

Sounds to me like your tone pot is a No Load type, if you feel a kind of 'notch' just as you reach full on. Effectively it disconnects the tone circuit completely, reducing any load on the output of the guitar. I suppose that's where the name came from, thinking about it... :-)

I have one of these on my Tele USA Deluxe. It works well.
