Hi Guys

I thought I would share some photos of my latest acquisition. A 2009 Highway 1 in Butterscotch Blonde. I got it off Gumtree here in the UK for £475. I got the serial number off the seller and emailed Fender for info as I had not seen these guitars in this colour before and there is precious little info on the net.

In the response from fender they said that only 225 were made in this colour and they were for the european and scandanavian markets only. The seller said that he bought it in Dec 2009 and since then had not even played it through an amp...he doesn't one one!!!

It is shop new condition and came complete with all case candy and deluxe gig bag, he still had the shop receipt with the guitar. It will soon be housed in a stagg bronze tweed case.

Anyway enough of my ramblings.....ladies and gentlemen, brothers and sisters may introduce to you, my new guitar...........Sweets

Raider,
Happy NGD! That is one beautiful Tele. I've never seen this model of HWY1, so thank you for sharing. What a beauty.

That there is one fine looking guitar. All the talk and pics of the HW1s recently are giving me gas.

I'd also really like one of those models that's exclusively for Europe.

Congrats on the new aquisition, enjoy :-)
