Not a lot of information to be had from that pic, but I would think it is a heavily used Tele from sometime in the '70s.

That is a blond (or blonde) finish that is very worn, through the white undercoat and through to bare wood in places.

It is a blonde finish. I believe that you can't find a new guitar that looks like that because this one is 30+ years old and has aged a bit.
Here is a modern blonde:

I should clarify that the guitar I posted above is considered "White Blonde" according to Fender's website. It may be a different color as it ages than the '70's Tele posted above.

Here is the "White Blonde" from Fender's website:

My friend has a white PBass from the early 60's thats about that colour and finish .Probably impossible to get to that state today even with a Nitro finish as western smoking bans have stopped smoke filled clubs and bars .When I cleaned my 64 Harmony Soveriegn flat top after decades in smokey clubs the tarnish was brown and still smelled smokey after 40 years .It was the first time I ever cleaned it .I gave up jn the end and call it patina.

Location: location, location.
Its a bit similar, but definitely a different model.
Notice that the op's has a 7 screw pickguard, gold harware and truss rod adjustment from the heel.
