Congrats! That is a beautiful Tele! I love mine! I wish I got it years ago. She plays like butter and sounds like an angel! Enjoy!

Lovely! Nothing like a tele that's worn in a bit. How does the neck feel on it?

Thanks guys. ...the neck is very nice to play..tonight was the first gig with it...Its hot here in Texas and the clubs ac was struggling to keep the bar kewl...the first set was great ...sat it down ..took a 20 min break ....and the neck moved. It bowed up..lol...so i played the Strat the rest of the night...i popped off the pickguard when i got in and tighted the truss rod a bit and pulled it back...Im worried with our humidity and heat here the unfinshed neck is going to move a lot...it was fairly snug..so it pretty tight now...if it does.. i might have shim the neck ...im not having intonation problems so i might stick with the old barrels..i will tell you this ..it sounds incredible..like an Esquire...ive played a 56 and have access to one ..and this is as dam close as it gets...Kudos on this tone machine Fender...for what i paid... im real happy..as long as the neck holds up....has anyone experienced this problem...peace look forward to hearing back

They are bang for the buck...I said the same thing when I bought mine, sounds like an old Esquire
