I've had enough with intonation problems on my Baja.

Can anyone recommend a good option for compensated saddles - as in brand, type, material?

Thanks

Callaham brass compensated saddles have a good reputation. I'm sure there are others that are just as good; but a lot of times when it comes to guitar parts reputation can give you a good indication of which direction to go.

Or how about switching over to a 6-saddle bridge? Can't get much easier than that to help with your intonation issues.

The Bardens and Wilkinsons fall in the lower cost of the scale while the Callahams and Glendales are higher.
Check out Marc Rutters' saddles...killer. They're straight but laser cut / grooved / compensated.

Is it just my eyes or are the volume and tone holes chewed up?
Even the switch groove looks nasty.

He's also ripping off the Electrosocket jack design with his "rutterscup." I'd avoid and go with Callaham.

This is the "real" "Ruttercup", which is NOT a rip off of the Electrosocket jack design.
I used one of these on a Telecaster build.
While they are a bit pricey, they are fantastic, fit perfectly and look great!!
There is no reason to avoid RuttersGuitars.com.

I also have a Baja that had significant intonation problems and just put on a Wilkinson Compensated Saddle. I was impressed with the quality of the saddles. Bought if from Stew-Mac.
Set up is not bad and they give you good instructions.
I also smoothed off the fret ends at the same time.
Now if I can figure out a way to contour the body I would really be in heaven. Love the Baja tone options.

Go for it!
