I have a tele with 3 pups and i want to install a 4 way switch with the cominations

1. Bridge
2. Bridge/Middle
3. Middle
4. Neck

If you have any ideas or diagrams, it would be great.

I've never seen a 4-way Centralab switch. But I can tell you that you can use a 3-way, and wire it Neck-middle-bridge, then balance the lever in between the n&m p'ups like we used to do before there were 5-way switches. If you are really "crafty" you can take a rotary tool with the proper bit and put a notch on the cam lobe between those two positions so it will stay. Or take the spring out. The switching layout above doesn't give you middle by itself.
