Can anybody help me to identify my Telecaster? I't hasn't got a regular neckdate, instead there is a number: 3 544 129 and a B or maybe 8. The serial number is 281486 which means that it was made in Fullerton, CA, 1970. I was about to sell it but the buyer got sceptical when he saw the figures instead of a date. Anyone got a clue?

Welcome aboard man! I've seen many faux neckplates. What's on the heel of the neck and on the body's neck pocket? Please post pics for best help.

There is also a chance that it's been built using several parts from various guitars.
