Picked this up today, it was a return. Anyone have a wiring schematic? I took the control plate off and found a disk capacitor was only soldered on one leg(at the volume pot) the other leg was loose. Looks like it may have been soldered to the middle leg of the tone pot at some point. Next question is, anyone have the setup specs? It appears the nut wasn't filed deep enough, the G and B keep popping out if I do some knarly bends at the second fret. And last question, where can I get a black pg to fit this? Musicians Friend?

I took the control off to investigate as to why the tone pot didn't have much sweep on the bridge pickup and the middle and neck positions were bassy as hell. Almost as if they were going for an Esquire setup, but didn't succeed.

Check the link above. If the RW is not on the list, open the 50's or 60's Telecaster one, it's the same.

Make sure you buy the Fender 52 reissue black pickguard ( American Vintage 52 pg. Easy to find in MF and other stores) Don't buy a Japanese Fender ri pickguard cos' those don't fit very well on MIM and MIA models.
