Hi there,

Here are a few pictures of the Telecaster which I have been building from an old body I had lying around.

She is currently fitted with a P90 at the neck position and a Seymour Duncan lil 69 at the bridge (Wired up as a single coil....although sounds a lot more grunty than a typical tele!) The guitar has been given an aged finish which also includes the mint green pickguard and the body has been lightly sanded to lose the glossy coating. Sounds absolutely amazing...Please let me know what you think. I have also bough a maple stratocaster neck for her which will be fitted in a few weeks which I think will look amazing. The neck will be given an aged finish (not too aged however!)

Ohh and the knobs are currently in the post for her!

That's pretty sweet. I just got my home built Andy Summers Tele back from the shop.

1. It's got a HB coil tapped and wired with the Bridge pup and a 5 way switch.
2. After Brurner volume boost cercuit
3. A tone pot w/ mid-range scoop.

It's a very cool beast.

Many thanks for all your positive replies :)

Fitted the chrome control and volume knobs today and also fitted a push pull pot so I can wire my Seymour DUncan up as a humbucker or keep her as a grunty single coil!

My Eric Clapton Stratocaster neck (with clapton signature etc) is also ready to be fitted. I know some of you may be against fitting a strat neck to a tele but I think it will look pretty sweet and make my guitar a bit more different than it already is! I hope you all likey
