White is better. Contrast is more appealing to the eye.

I like the all-black look here. For one, it's different, and second, it sorta looks like a David Gilmour Tele - the "black tele." Hey, I said sorta. Anything even close to achieving Gilmourism is bound to be cool.

Take a breath, take a deep breath now.

I think it's more like asking if you like vanilla or chocolate.

Use this link here for some better pickgaurd options.

I kinda like this one here....

the white has an nice contrast but the black has a nice smooth flow. To me each has their own charecteristics.

Black and chrome is a mighty fine color combo if you ask me. But maybe I'm biased

That blackguard with the white underply would look good on the OP guitar, IMO.

I agree.

But then again, I would rarely ever choose a black pickguard.

Agreed. Funny how such a small detail as that can much such a big difference. I like black/red/black pickguards toom but the b/w/b has always been one of my favorites. I'm still considering changing mine to mint, I think it'd look classy.

I don't care what color my guitars are as long as they're black.

That black on black looks really cool.

Its a hard call. The white breaks it up but it looks great in all black.
