Broad question there - are you talking about USA models or MIM models? Since you say "Classic" I'm going to assume you mean MIM models.

Bottom line:

MIM Standard - 9.5" radius, 1.650" nut width, 6-saddle bridge with cast saddles, "standard" pickups

Classics - depends on the model; they replicate features of specific guitars from specific years; there are 7 models. The will all have the vintage 7.25" radius, most have 1.650" nut width as well. Everything else is a bit different based on the model.

Deluxe - 4 different models; all have different features, but all have the modern 9.5" radius.

Do some research on the site under the "Products" tab to at least narrow the field a bit.

Thanks for your answer!

Yes I know it´s a broad question and maybe I asked the question in a wrong way? The thing I wondering about is: do they make 3 types of quality for each model? For ex: Can you order a Classic made in both Mexico, Japan and the US? And is it the same for Standard and Deluxe?

Hope my question is not to strange? Maybe I got it totally wrong but I´m pretty new to the Telefamily and just want to sort things out :?

No, your question is fine but it needs a bit of a detailed response.

First off I'm not going to be able to really address the made in Japan models; here in the USA Fender has only been bringing in a few selected MIJ models from time-to-time. Once they started up production in Mexico they have only been bringing in unusual models from Japan.

Okay - that being said the Classics are the reissue models made in Mexico; the USA made reissues are called the "American Vintage" series. All reissues have some common traits - 7.25" radius, 21 small frets, and vintage correct appointments (bridge style, headstock, etc.). There are more "Classics" than there are "American Vintage" models. The Classics are finished in poly, the USA guitars have a nitro finish over a poly undercoat. Most of them have a 1.650" nut width on the neck. The USA 52 and 62 models replicate specific years, plus the USA 62 has binding since it is a "Custom Telecaster". The Classic 50s and 60s don't replicate a specific year but look like a "typical" guitar from a range of years (say 1955-1957 for the 50s; 1960-1964 for the 60s). The other Classic models are specific guitars that do not have USA counterparts - the '69 semi-hollow Tele (with 2 single coils), the '72 Tele Custom (with a neck humbucker), the '72 Tele Deluxe (2 humbuckers and Strat headstock), and the '72 semi-hollow Tele (also with 2 humbuckers).

The Standards are MIM; they have completely different specs than an American Standard or an American Special.

Same with the Deluxe - the models in the MIM Deluxe lineup are completely different from the American Deluxe Teles.
