Sometimes when something is too good to be true, it is. That Tele looks legit, but THAT TELE may not be the one you receive. Read the seller's reviews (-1) and also read the fine print in the ad. To me, something just isn't right here. Caveat emptor......

well, if you add in the shipping you come to nearly 500 bucks. But something still seems off to me.

the one pictured looks legit, and $350-400 is what these should reasonably be selling for since they are what $700-800 new? People just seem hell bent on selling these used for the cost of one new since you cant tell the difference.

That is certainly true. It's the $120.00 for shipping that turns me off. Is the seller going to drive it to my house personally or what?

Go to a reliable store and get one new or preowned. I just had a bad experience with a Tele from Ebay and I`ll never purchase a guitar from there again. I did much better in my local Sam Ash and picked up an `07 American Tele Deluxe in near mint condition and I couldn`t be more happy with it. At least you can try it out and see if you like it.

when i was looking for a 62 RI strat i checked out i offer. Most of the stuff really comes from china from a factory that turns out knock off guitars. Also read the description and return policy out loud its written in broken english

STAY AWAY from it,
FIrst 99 percent of the guitars are fake
Second. I offer has no protection like ebay does
Third. You will be stuck with a crappy chinese copy guitar that you cant return.

if you do an online auction site use ebay its safer.
