there we go, sounds like a nice tele. nothing wrong with a rewind.
your saving 30% right? hey a penny saved is a penny towards something else right lol.
i would seriously go for the rewind myself.

This idea about getting a pickup that is between the original one and the Duncan is the only thing stopping me (to have it rewound). Lately, I've come to think a Duncan '54 would come closer to the sound I hear in my head - or a reasonably priced handwound pup (I've been thinking about Rumpelstiltiskin pickups too). But I really loved the Broadcaster during the 3 years I used it.

I think I rather need another Tele and have the Broadcaster in one of them :lol:

My faves are the '72 dual 'bucker thinlines and the L Series mid 60's blonde Teles.
