I have come accross this add a few times and he's firmon the price, but looks to me like a custom home made job with a ligit fender neck.

whatever it is, it's very pretty to me, but is it worth $700.00???

I think it looks great and the seller seems to know what he's doing. If you can deal with that "D" neck profile, I'd say go for it.

That is NOT a Fender neck. Look at the spacing of the dots at the 12th fret. It may be a "licensed" neck made by mighty mite or some similar company. At best, it is a Squier neck with a replaced Fender decal. Unless you played the guitar and it just spoke to you, I would not pay $700 for this instrument. I'm sure that if it was made with warmoth or mighty mite parts, the seller has $700+ invested, but for a little more, you can shop for a real Tele.

I was thinking for the price that the neck wasn't a real fender neck. it's easy to get the custom shop decals online to put on yourself.

I was thinking of building tele's and selling them locally around the music scene but it takes about 350 bucks to make one, that you may sell for 500 bucks or so, but again at the price you can start getting into some tele's at the local dealer. so not really worth it

he has that one still posted and also has two more up now, they sure are beautiful but i think he's making them from parts and selling them to make some cash
