Who do you think qualifies as a Tele Master?

Danny Gatton gets my vote!

Gatton and Buchanon for sure +1 on them!

And some people may disagree, but Prince can shred up a Telecaster in a way that no one else but he can, its just that sometimes his fashion choices distract from the fact that he is a very good player.

Brad Paisley does a pretty respectable job.

And of course Vince Gill.

john 5.

not only one of the best telecaster players, one of the best guitarists out there.

not to mention one of the most underrated. people judge him more on how he looks, rather than how he plays.

and he can chickin' pick with the best of them.

Does Albert Lee count. He's played them in the past. But the Strat and the Ernie Ball probably disqualify him.

Tele-Masters?

1. Wilko Johnson ex Dr. Feelgood

2. Francis Rossi of Status Quo

3. Rick Parfitt of Status Quo

They have always played Teles which in my book makes them Tele-Masters! :-)
