I ordered a fender bigsby for my guitar and i have a pair of 50'2 style tuners i was going to use but i thought about getting locking tuners because of the possibility of it falling out of tune, is this a good thing to do ?

Locking tuners are nice to have, but not needed to be "safe." With the Bigsby added, make sure that the strings don't get hung up on the nut, string trees, etc. and you should be okay.

locking tuners give you that extra tuning stability, and they're just plain handy to have!!

i am not a fan of locking tuners, to much of a pain. If you just get a good name brand tuner that is ally uo really need. Your set up is more important!!
