There are different types of loctite. Some are perminate.

If it can hold an overhead structure together holding thousands of pounds, it will keep your jack tight.

Good luck,

I replaced one of my loosed Tele jacks with a Les Paul style jack.

I put the electrosocket in two of my teles, and I consider it the best option if you ever get a problem with the original one. It looks different, though. And I probably wouldn't use it on a vintage instrument.

I have not had a problem with mine, but it amazed me that 1/2 the MIM teles I pick up at the store have loose jack ports......

I wonder why Fender hasn't corrected this problem?

Even though, they are still an awsome guitar! Better than my Gibson LP Studio......

To get it very secure, I remove the jack plate and hold the back of the jack with my fingertips and use a socket on the nut. Works like a champ. Also, give a little bend to the tip contact inward, and it will make a more-secure connection with the plug.

I haven't had any problems with the jack in my AV 62 Tele, but in my homebuilt Tele, I used an electrosocket. Looks good, works even better, and easy to install.
