Easy and funny,I share with you to play on telecaster but I don't believe that the Beatles played with a Telecaster at that time. 8)

Hey Tissan,

I think it's awesome you write music out for us to try.
Have you tried Sibelius? It's a music writing software I'm learning about. Just wondering...

It seems great but not a freeware. What is the advantage compare to hand writing for me?

Just an interesting software that makes it easier and neater (not saying your writing is sloppy by any means). It writes while you play so a lot faster as well. Just was sharing with you cuz I'm learning how to use it now:). When I write music by hand, it's cryptic.:)

You're saying that the soft writes the music when I play ? How ?

That's really a bargain.

Yeah, I've only learned to do it with a midi keyboard so far...I'm sure there's an interface to have it write what you play on the guitar because I believe I've seen the option on the program.
I messed with the record function which was pretty neat. It wrote out what I was playing. You have to set time signature and the grand staff (i.e. measures, treble or bass cleff or both, etc.) and all that, but it's really accurate. When you pause during recording, it fills in the correct rests as well. I'm still getting used to it, so right now I have it set up to write the notes I play, but it's not recording, so I can take my time with placing the correct notes (i.e. quarter, half, quarter and a half, etc.).
Another great feature is it also has playback, so when I'm done writing, it plays back exactly how I wrote it, correct time/pauses, everything.
I'm not trying to sell you on it, but I've seen a couple posts where you wrote out music, it's a new software I'm learning, so I'm just passing along info.:) I think the website has a demo and all that.
I think if you normally write out music for arranging purposes for your band, it might be worth it. I don't know.

No problem!:) Yeah, I also found out there's a score feature in Logic 9. Pretty much writes sheet music of your recordings. Pretty neat stuff out there. But like I said, your writing definitely is professional and easy to read regardless. Nice change from guitar tabs
