I recently purchased a blacktop tele and i love it but i have a small issue. the screws in the saddles seem to be sharp/rough and they scratch the underside of my strumming hand when i play, especially when i rest my palm on the bridge. the saddles are very similar to the stamped saddles that would be found on most strats. im wondering if anyone has had this issue and how you resolved it. i think the obvious answer would be to get shorter screws but i dont want to loose adjustability. ive also thought about removing the screws and de-burring them somehow. any thoughts?

I had this problem with a used Squire tele that I traded for. Once I had everything set up properly the saddle screws stuck up a good 3/32 above the saddles. I tried to buy shorter screws but was unable to find screws the correct length and thread pitch. Being slightly versed in machining, I made a small aluminum jig that I could screw each screw into and then cut off the end opposite the socket with a dremmel tool and then shape (taper) the cut off end slightly to make sure it didn't adjust itself while playing. I guess if you want to keep it simple you could just shim the neck and raise the saddles slightly and come to the same result.
