I have 8 Strats, and now I want to get my very first Telecaster. So far I have found 5 models that I really like, some more than others. I like the Classic Series 72 Thinline, Classic Series 69 Thinline, Classic Player Thinline Deluxe, Special Edition Custom Spalted Maple, and the Jim Adkins JA-90 Thinline....any of these I could live with, but I really like the Jim Adkins model and the Spalted Maple one. Is there anything I should know about one over the other?
Thanks,
Lile

Try out one of the MIM Teles with N3 pickups. Mine is a 2010. I also have an American Series Tele with Dimarzio Area-T pickups and a 2-Tek bridge, so I'm not afraid to customize a guitar:

I was just checking out ebay and saw a couple of the Custom Spalted Maple Telecasters but none of them listed were they were made, does anyone know?

How do you like the Dimarzios over the the Noiseless?

I have the same BB myself. Fabulous guitar!
