Hey there, I own a telecaster Classic '60 (Mexico) When I have contact with any metal part (strings, bridge, knobs etc) there's no noise. But once taken my hands of there's that noise again. Is there someting I can do to avoid this noise?

sounds like a grounding issue with your bridge. check to make sure that the grounding wire under the bridge hasn't broken contact.

That's a common problem. Sometimes I'm able to fix it, sometimes not. Its a ground issue. As the previous post said, be sure the factory ground is solid. I'd also suggest you get out your soldering gun and some wire, and ground everything! I ground the pots together and then one pot grounded to the bridge and the other to the body. I use thicker wire than is common on Mexi products. Make sure you don't have any cold solders. This usually works, but I have a Strat that I've not been able to cure.

Thanks a lot for both answers, I will check it out the next time I put new strings on. I am very curious.
