Hey guys . The guy who refretted my tele put medium jumbo frets but the frets are shorter than the hole in the neck and there is a gap between the base of the fret and the hole.Is there going to be a problem? Also my high e strings is buzzing . Sounds like a Sitar. Any suggestions?

Evidently, the guy who refretted your guitar is a hack. I'd make him pay for your neck to be once again refretted by a competent tech.
