I am going to change pickups in my 07 MIM Tele. It is routed for a humbucker in the neck so I am going to put a Fender wide Range bucker there. What is a good single coil to go in the bridge?

Play rhythm mostly classic rock, southern rock, and "outlaw" or alt country

You can get Lolllars and Bill Lawrence voiced for just about any application.

Over the last 30 years I have used all sorts of pickups and found that Seymour Duncan Antiquity Tele pickups are my all-time favorite. These are hand wound with cloth covered wire. They have amazing tone that brings out the natural sound of the guitar. Do some youtube searching to listen to them.

Here is a link to purchase. I have them in all three of my Tele's right now.

I hear nothing but good things about harmonic design.

I've had American stocks, Seymour Duncans and Rio Grandes in and out of various different Teles over the years. I'm mostly sold on the Rio Grandes. They're the ones I've stuck with. Great powerful tones, with still the basic Tele authentic sound.

Ebay for around $60

It sounds like you might want *some* twang...

...I'd say try to score a Cunnetto era 10K Nocaster bridge pup.
