For such a simple design, the Tele can be made to sound very different with little changes.

This is a pretty standard Tele tone, but it's a fantastic example of simplicity coupled with great playing.

Without a doubt the most versatile guitar ever made, Tele tone tip- the lower you make the bridge pup the more of a hard rock tone you will get ala Page. The higher the pup the more twang or country the tone.
