Click on support (at the top of this page), there you can check the date your Tele was made. Any other info you're after, I guess you would have to mail Fender at customer support.

MN7 = Mexico Ninety 7, so it was built in approximately 1997 in Mexico.

It's common to find Fender serial numbers that are a year or two (and even more) earlier than the actual year or manufacture but that should give you a rough idea of how old it is.
