I am pretty close to pulling the trigger on a MIM Tele... Is it worth waiting a few months to see if any new models/improvements are coming out for 2010? Thanks

Go for it. Even though they might come out with new years, they won't be new models. It takes Fender a couple years at least to make any noticable changes and seeing as the MIM's just got a facelift, it'll be a while before the next model comes out.

I agree with Play3r. Pull the trigger now. I have both MIA & MIM Teles and I love them both, but the MIM sees more playing time. I couldn't be happier with it (unless it came with a free DRRI amp  ). Here is the one I got:

Be sure to post pictures when you get your new Tele!

I'd pull the trigger because the new year may bring a sudden price increase of 20-25%

You may be able to get a better deal on an '09 if they need to clear way for any new 2010s. Also as Play3r mentioned, there probably won't be any major changes between the 2 different years since they just tweaked out the MIMs and MIAs for '09...

Probably the 2010 ones will have only some different color choices.. but that's just my supposition. Why no MIM Standard with a rosewood board I wonder...

Really, really REALLY wanna see more color options for the Squier Classic Vibe 50's Tele, and also a 60's model. I heard through the grapevine that there will be a surprise regarding the CVs.

Has Fender already announced what we have for 2010? I know that the Custom Shop will release the Broadcaster (can it be so different from a Nocaster? ) per example, but what about the regular line?
