I became a Tele owner just before Christmas...I'll post a pic of it later.

? for you folks on amps...I have a Line6 Spider III 75w but was thinking about buying the Fender Super Champ XD. Your thoughts?
The SCXD has modding sounds though maybe not as extensive as the Spider. Just worried about being redundant with my amps. The SCXD does have a "clean" channel too.

I'm just playing in my basement and just learning guitar again after many years of not playing. Classic Rock, Blues and Some Country "twang".

$300US is my budget. Not sure what to do if anything. Maybe buy a rhythm box to practice with instead?

I just picked me up a MIM standard tele (black) a few days ago, its a 2007, looks brand new but it had a broken tuner so they gave it to me $185 at the pawn shop, I put some locking Fender tuners on it and took the pearl guard off my other tele with a messed up neck and put it on there. The 2006 70's tele deluxe was saved a fiery death last year. I had it on layaway at the pawn shop, got it for $279, and was going to pick it up on Sunday but I said what the heck and went on Saturday to get it. Saturday night the shop burned to the ground and lost all the guitars, they carry new and used stuff.ImageImageImage

I had the pick-guard on a 2002 MIM that has a messed up neck and is pretty much unplayable so I thought the contrast would look good on the black tele.
