Have you just tried adjusting the heights of the pickups?

Is this a new problem ? How long have you had the guitar?

Can you take the control plate off and check the wiring and get a resistance reading of the pickup.

It could be a number of things but it will take a little trouble shooting.

It could be a bad pickup but you would hate to go an buy another set just to find out it was some other problem with the electronics.

Sure, you can check it at the switch. Just put the selection to the neck so the pots aren't connected ( to the bridge) while you take your reading.

Could be just a wire, bad solder joint at the pup or bad ground.

It is strange you get NOTHING.

That makes me think ground or just a wire............fingers crossed

Do you have a spare pickup that you could try in it's place?

That would narrow the problem down...
