Are all Teles set up for any jack? The MIJ that I bought has a loose jack and the luthier who checked out my guitars told me he would just get a replacement. Question is: will this jack work for a MIJ 94/95 Tele?

Or can you guys suggest a jack that will work better for not too too much cash? I just chose this 5o's because it was priced right

Buy a Switchcraft jack with an electrosocket plate and never have problems with them falling off again. I've seen them being sold for 12 dollars.

(but that one in the link is ok, will work fine on your Tele, but it's not as good in quality as the Switchcraft)

If the stock jack needs to be replaced, Electrosocket is the way to go!

I'm not quite sure what an electrosocket is, can someone please post me a link of where to buy one or what it looks like?

the ebay link I posted to the switchcraft product if i get that can the current "Body retainer clip" be reused? I just need to go ahead and get this part and want to get the right thing the first time. Thanks in advance

George thank you, this is what I was hoping for. I want to make sure I get the right thing the first time. This is also what the Luthier recommended was a Switchcraft jack. THANKS!
