Ran across this on the local craigslist. What REALLY caught my eye was the $6,500 price tag. Then I noticed the neck plate and says to meself, Hmmm..... What do you guys think

Me thinks someone is asking too much for a guitar that is not accurately listed. Me also thinks and Telecaster should never be strapped with a Bigsby.

Me thinks it won't get sold at that price even with the embellished advertising. :?:

No worries Hoppy. I'm in the small minority of those who own a Tele w/ a Bigsby. It'd never be my #1 and I'd never own it as my only Tele, but it's nice to have sitting on the bench when I need it to do something specific.

Besides - look at a Strat w/ a trem arm and a Tele w/ a Bigsby... which is the manliest looking? :P

+1

I wouldn't pay that price but I'd sure like to have it.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.
