Hi! Here are some pics of my Fender Telecaster Custom. There is a 2000 Fender Tele Custom 72 RI with rosewood on it. The body is a Warmoth of 5.7 lb of beautiful maple. I have made a natural glossy finish (close to the neck finish).

As you can see, there is no bridge hole. I will put a F B-5 Bigsby. Pickups will be a wide Fender Humbucker at neck and a home-made Tele single coil at bridge.

More pics in a couple of weeks!

That looks great....keep us posted on how it comes out.
I love the finish!!!
I am thinking about building either a Jag-stang or a Swinger from Warmoth. :D :D :D

That's a nice chunk of wood you have there. Looking forward to some updates on this project. Good job!

Thanks! As soon as I get my Bigsby kit and the tuners I will post it!

Here is my ''blueprint'' if you wanna see the final project! I took pictures from different Telecaster and ''glued'' them together

Image

What do you think?

I hope that one of these day the finish is going to turn into a sort of yellow, vintage tint.[/img]

I'm not sure if I could put those F tuners on it or locking tuner might be better... I changed the tuners on my Gibson SG cuz the Bigsby was always detuning my guitar.

The tuners holes are made fot F shape tuners. So I'll have to drill some others.

So here is the next level: put the Bigsby on!

I decided to put F tuners on the Tele. I shielded ALL the cavities.

There's long time since I posted here! Winter is over since a while and I finally got time to work on my Tele Custom!!! The Bigsby wasn't mounted and time was missing. So here is the almost finished product. I builded myself the neck pickup and waxed it this afternoon! It is a low output pickup wich produces distortion at mid volume. Love it!!!!

Next step: Buy the witch hat knobs and the pots. I can't wait!

If french is not your langage, use Google. It is easier for me to post in french.
