I really love the larger frets and the pickups really have a lot of punch. Looking forward to wearing down the finish over years of playing...

Very Nice, if people keep posting pics of their Hwy 1's I am going to have to get myself another one! But I cant decide on the sunburst or the red!!!!

Have fun and enjoy, the Hwy 1 is a really nice guitar and will serve you well!

my friend, I wish I was in the position to do so, i'd have one of every color. Buying the honey blonde HWY 1 was the best decision I ever made. I should have waited before I bought the Blackout Deluxe Tele I had, but I used it as credit towards the Hwy 1 and ended up with the guitar I originally wanted in the end! :D

dbr,
I hear you!! My Honey Blonde HWY 1 Tele is the best guitar I have ever owned...but..my MIM Tele in Brownburst is in such a close second place it is difficult to measuer..:)...now all I need to do is become famous and have my own signature CS Tele..it would be Maple neck, ash body, tobacco sunburst with gold hardware and a 3 saddle bridge with brass saddles....and I would tell Fender it could only cost $400 MIA so everyone could own one..:)...

Mine would either be Shoreline gold with Maple neck and swamp ash or a Candy Cola red sparkle with a rosewood fretboard and reliced all to hell.

sounds good to me man, can't have too many telecasters. I am being tempted by a friend of mine to trade him my only acoustic for a thinline!
