Not that I'm knocking your decision to upgrade your tele (it is yours after all), but why in the hell didn't you just get yourself a Jim Root tele?

how do get the emg into the bridge ?

do you want to buy a new one like on the john 5 to put the humbucker in or do you make a hole in the body ?

i had the idea too but i had no idea how i get a standard emg 81 into the metal bridge of a telecaster.

Do you maybe want to use a emg 81 in the size to put on in a singlecoil space ?
