not what you'de expect from a tele it has more GRR than twang in my opinion. bleedin nice though.

Those re-issue WRHB pickups don't twang like the originals. They can be a bit dull actually unless you're playing really loud through a bright amp like a Marshall or something. Cool looking guitar though.

I can assure you that, no, it won't twang. The twang comes from the solid string anchors and the pickups. This "telecaster" has three humbuckers and a strat-like tremolo: no twang in sight.

Well now, the original WRHB's twang as do some of the repros. Even though they're humbuckers!

The tele 5 uses is a custom all his own ,the models available in the cataloge the CS twisted tele picup with the bucker at the bridge and the big headstock 3 & 3 does have amazing versatility.I have not played the triple but the CS does have what your looking for.
