Hey i just recently bought a 2008 Fender American Standard Telecaster like 1-2 months ago. And i was just wondering if it would go well with Texas special pickups. and if so, what would it sound like?

No. They'll sound bad. That's why I'm getting rid of them on a Stratocaster I own. It's all a matter of taste. I don't like them at all.

I dig 'em on my Strat, they're my favorites. I haven't tried them on a Tele yet, so I can't tell you what they'd sound like.
