Those colors go great together. And I like the darker finish on the maple...gives it an older warmer look.

Thanks. That is exactly what I was going for...

Thanks all.

Not quite in the league of Ajay, he has an AMAZING collection. It has been fun searching out my faves.

Forgot to post. This is my most recent. Should arrive next Friday...

Yeah, but your collection is still extremely impressive, especially the multi-colours of the various models is really cool as far as I am concerned.

That is just the natural grain of the maple, I think it's called Flame Maple.

Is that natural one in the middle of the group shot the Palo Escrito Tele?

Nope, it is a 2005 CIJ Rosewood Reissue (note the rosewood headstock). It is the laminated one. I have sold it. Someday I might get a real one, but not a real priority.

The new Custom Shop Rosewoods look amazing though. I think Ajay may have one?

I can't help but notice that one of your Tele's has a strat-style body contour. It's the horizontal one on the right. What is it?

Yes sir! And it's a really beautiful thing...

And to answer the last post, there are a few models of Tele that feature body contouring, pretty much all of them have the word "Deluxe" in their model name, e.g. USA Deluxe, MIJ Deluxe, 72 Telecaster Deluxe.

It is a Fender Japan Ritchie Kotzen Signature and comes with a big fat maple neck and Dimarzio p/ups. I have never been a big fan of the contoured backs, but this Tele has far too many other pluses.

Front shot...
